NGIN Food – Time for Revolution
In 2019, the food industry was ready for a reckoning. The NGIN Food Conference brought together startups, investors, corporations, and innovators for a full day of provocation and possibility at one of Berlin's most striking venues – the KINDL Centre for Contemporary Art. My role: translate a bold theme into a visual identity that could hold its own across every surface, from a social media thumbnail to a full-scale stage backdrop. It was also my first taste of coordinating a design team – a responsibility that felt new and significant then, and now, seven years later, feels like second nature.

What Set Us Apart
Revolution doesn't whisper. The visual language built for NGIN was designed to feel urgent and handmade – a clenched fist as the central motif, raw and immediate, set against technical line drawings of food and drink that grounded the provocation in the industry itself. Threading it all together: a custom brush script font, loose and kinetic, that carried the energy of a manifesto without losing legibility at scale. Three elements that had no business working together – and did, completely.

From Screen to Stage
The key visual system had to work at every scale – social media banners, print collateral, and large-format stage graphics that filled the KINDL's raw industrial space. One visual language, infinite applications.
